Support

Most app questions can be resolved without sending any information. Proofroom Cambridge does not require a connection, login, activation, membership, or access code.

01

The app opens to a dark proofing table

Swipe vertically to reveal more proof blocks. Sources, Privacy, and About appear as lateral registration strips.

02

A module does not move

Scroll inside the module. Tap registered-view thumbnails to change the illustration and use the module's dedicated proof tool.

03

Back navigation

Use the visible arrow or the Android Back gesture/button. Back returns from a module to the proofing-table home before leaving the app.

04

Reduce Motion

Use the Motion control at the upper right of a module. The preference is stored locally and can be changed at any time.

05

Clear Question Tray

Open Question Tray, scroll to Clear Question Tray, and confirm by tapping it. Fixed question selections are removed immediately.

06

Delete all local state

Use Android Settings → Apps → Proofroom Cambridge → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.

07

No network needed

If the app is installed correctly, airplane mode or a missing connection does not prevent its learning modules from working.

08

Policy URL

The complete public policy is available at both /privacy/ and /privacy-policy/. Those pages describe the same behaviour as the policy packaged in the app.
